Starring Events was founded by Shannon and Natalia—best friends since 2005, business partners, and lifelong creative collaborators. Their journey began in childhood, where they spent countless hours staging pretend pageants, weddings, and theatrical performances. Their shared love for creativity and performance never faded, leading each of them to build their own businesses while always finding ways to collaborate.

With Shannon’s expertise in business, marketing, and finance, and Natalia’s background in event planning and creative design, they saw an opportunity to combine their skills into something truly special. The idea for Starring Events sparked when Shannon was running a home cleaning business and Natalia was a freelance nanny, often organizing events for the families she worked with. They recognized how many parents felt overwhelmed by party planning and needed a service that handled everything—from concept to clean-up.

During one of their daily FaceTime calls, inspiration struck: why not create a small event planning business that takes care of it all? That vision became a reality, and Starring Events was born. Today, the company is dedicated to delivering stress-free, beautifully curated events, allowing families and hosts to focus on making memories while every detail is expertly managed.
